Stopping running around picking apart every aspect of your life that you feel is inadequate. Maybe you have walked through life constantly apologizing for yourself – either directly or indirectly. Have you lived your life believing the false notion that other people always know better than you?

You have a right to be here. You have a right to be you. There is a divine purpose, reason and intention for your life. You are good enough and deserving just the way you are right now.

It doesn’t matter what you’ve done in your past. Everyone has a past. Everyone has made mistakes. We are all human, we are all imperfect. Stop doubting the beauty of yourself. Let go of the notion that you need to be anyone other than the person you were born to be- just let it go.

God, help me learn to own my power to accept myself. Help me appreciate who I am. Help me give myself validation instead of this constant self-deprecation. Help me love the person you created, the wonderful gift of me.
